Eliza worked for many years in Singapore's Chinatown district. One day she noticed a number of cats living on the streets and soon befriended independent caregivers in the area that were helping to feed and care for those Community Cats.

This was the start of a long learning path and caregiving journey which has led to: volunteer management of over 50 volunteers, co-ordinating feeding schedules and supplies, enabling fundraising efforts, foster care and rehoming efforts, marketing, PR and communication outreach efforts, Trap-Neuter-Release/Rehome (TNR) activation, among many others. And while these efforts often have rewards of their own, the expenses involved with any such passion project can quickly grow...

For that reason, in 2019, Eliza and Mike created SHAC Projects LLP in order to expand the Community Cat Caregiving initiative (including better contribution- and expense-management); and to facilitate revenue generation from our expertise in Project Management, Product Prototypes, Process Automation, and IT & DevOps Consulting.
